Franklin Regional Football is a Program not just a Team. A Program that is
about Pride! Pride in all aspects of life, not just what is accomplished under the
lights on a Friday night. A Panther must first take pride in the name on the Front
of the jersey, accountability for their actions and succeed in the classroom above
all else. A Panther must be a fierce competitor in all aspects of life. This program
is not about building better football players, it is about building better young men.
Football is secondary to this and winning will take care of itself if the culture is
changed for the student/athlete to believe that accountability, respect and
dedication to all aspects of life are what is most important in not only building a

foundation on the football field, but in life!
