Register for the 2026 season online Via the registration link on the website

Register for fall sports through the FamilyID link (typically needs to be completed by the end of July)

Get your child’s yearly physical* and have their physician fill out Section 5&6 on this form. (Physicals typically have to be dated after May 1st.)

Submit payment for the student activity fee by September 1st. You have two options for paying the fee: online or mail this form. The $50 annual fee is now assessed to all students in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in any extracurricular activity, club, or athletic program and covers all activities for the entire school year.  Exemption: The Student Activity Fee will be waived for students who qualify for a free or reduced lunch. If you are seeking an exception, please print out the form and check the appropriate box.
